    Today I came across one of the rudest coldest shop assistants ever (no, not the old lady; some 40-years old woman). Not a smile, not a nice word, no eye contact; just impatiently waiting for me to try rings on (it took me a very long 45 seconds!!!). She even corrected me because I said square instead of round. Does she know that some people have dislexia and that she's just a b****????!!!!
